This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. Our hosting provider (Vercel Inc., USA) processes your IP address and browser information in server logs for security and delivery; this is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Vercel participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC (USA) as merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy collects your name, email, billing country and payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, email and order details to deliver the service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
After purchase you send us your app's URL and a short description. We use this, together with AI tools (Anthropic PBC, USA) as a drafting aid, solely to produce your charter. Your inputs are not used to train any model. We keep order data for as long as required by German tax law (10 years, § 147 AO) and delete project inputs 90 days after delivery.
We email you only about your order. No newsletter, no marketing emails.
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and object to processing (Art. 15–21 GDPR) by emailing hello@usercharter.com. You can complain to a supervisory authority; ours is the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen.
