This website sets no cookies. We use Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless service that counts page views without identifying you; no personal profiles are created (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland) and Stripe, Inc. (USA). Stripe collects your name, email, billing details and payment data under its own privacy policy, including for fraud prevention. We receive your name, email and order details to deliver the service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not see or store your card number.
After purchase you send us your app's URL and a short description. We use this, together with AI tools (Anthropic PBC, USA) as a drafting aid, solely to produce your charter. Your inputs are not used to train any model. We keep order data for as long as required by German tax law (10 years, § 147 AO) and delete project inputs 90 days after delivery.
We email you only about your order. No newsletter, no marketing emails.
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and object to processing (Art. 15–21 GDPR) by emailing hello@usercharter.com. You can complain to a supervisory authority; ours is the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen.
